Chatchaval Engineering Partnership was established in 1989 with a mission to be the world leading shock absorber manufacturer. With 30 years of experiences under the name “OKD”, we are promoting it until it is to be widely known brand name in Thailand and foreign market. The company has continuously been invested in R&D (Research and Development) to keep enhancing the quality of shock absorber so that increasing its affectivity until it is being demanded in the market. In addition, the materials we use in our production are selected from our professional team that has long experience in working with supplier to achieve the best quality materials.

Our merchandise are targeting various categories as such for general market like motorcycle’s shock absorber replacement and for industrial sector that use these parts for reproduction. Beyond that we also do custom order/made to order upon your preferences. Therefore, we categorized our users into 3 groups:

According to our plan to enhance quality of our shock absorber parts, we are leading our company’s system to match up with ISO standard that definitely will give our customers higher confidence on the parts, both domestically and internationally.
OKD uses “Sampling Plan” method to randomly check materials before they actually proceed to manufacturing process in order to assure that our materials are produced at highest quality. We would draw a few samples to learn about defects and problems in advance and to search for the best solution according to our standard controlling plan. This method includes examining final outputs, doing so by specialized team, before products are being sent to customers.
